It`s a truly heartwarming story. The South American client, who has been our loyal partner for over a decade and supported us no matter where we are, had visited China for the first time since the pandemic and their first stop was our company! During their 3-day visit to our factory, they thoroughly tested our single-phase, three-phase, and module UPS and were very satisfied with the results.
In addition to the factory tour, our teams also took our client on a culinary adventure, introducing some of the best cuisine in Shenzhen. They expressed great satisfaction with the experience. It showed us that despite the global pandemic, our relationship with our South American partner has only grown stronger.
